Lube fittings on Evinrude 15

There are some that are a zirc type fitting and others that are just a nub with a hole. Do the others take a different tip to get grease to go in? The zirc tip on my gun doesn't seem to seal & the grease doesn't go in. Plugged possibly? Can they be reamed open with a small stiff wire?

It's me again Dave.......<br /><br />Yeah...take a wire and poke in the hole. Those "nub" fittings have a tendancy to plug with dried up grease. Push the grease gun fitting on and hold it tight also seems to help.
