I am working on getting my 71 motor running. I am working on fixing a no spark problem and have been cranking the motor without any fuel/oil going into it.

What can I use to lubricate the cylinders until I get her running?

Spray a little pre-mix through the carbs while cranking. Repeat every so often until you are ready to fire it up.

But that is going to produce a lot of raw fuel laying around while Im playing with spark.......sounds like a fire waiting to happen.

Would spraying fogging oil through the plug holes be any good?
