Can lubricants for Merc be used for Volvo Penta?
I have Sierra Spline grease, Quicksilver U-Joint/Gimbal lubricant, and Quicsilver 2-4-C.
But Volvo Penta recommends Volvo Penta Grease 828250 and Molybdenum Trioxide.

Short answer, yes. There's nothing special about Volvo Penta grease/oil/ or Merc grease/oil/. They are commercially available products that these companies distribute with their name stamped on and a price inflation. There are slight differences in drive lube depending on what kind of shifting mechanism you have.

Engine oil SAE 30 Synthetic or not?
Drive oil SAE 75W-90 Synthetic?
What brand does everyone use or do you use Volvo Penta? I use Royal Purple in my car

SAE 30 Synthetic is getting hard to find. Therefore, I run 20W 50 full syn Mobil 1 in the engine and Volvo Penta 75W-90 full syn drive oil. You find that many use different weights and brands. Look in your manual for grades specified and pick your flavor.

I use 15W 50 Mobil 1 synthetic in my engine and Amsoil 75/80W-90 synthetic drive lube. I don't have any drive problems but a resident tech here (muc) really swears by Volvo Penta 75W-90 in SX drives. For drive oil, try to stay away from "LS" or limited slip additives as they can cause problems with the cone clutch mechanism.

15W50 Mobil 1 and Volvo gear lube in the drive.

I used to use Mobil 1 75w90 in the drive until I could no longer find it without the LS on the label.
