Do research online. Look at ebay, craigslist and any other resource you can find. See what they are listing for and, if possible, what they are selling for. Boats are moving pretty slow these days. I'd roll the dice with a fair, but low price.
Keep in mind that this is now an 18 year old boat. A great percentage of the value depends on the condition and maintenance history of the engine.
