As long as I pump the bulb fast, the motor will catch up and not die.
Last time......you have a air leak at VST, bad vapor pump, anti siphon valve restricted or VRO is failing. The VRO gets it fuel from the VST and if its not sealed it cannot create the vacuum to pull fuel from fuel tank..

On a 150 Evinrude VE150GLETG 1993, I don't see a VST listed, nor a vapor pump. I checked for an anti siphon valve and its not there. Just replace the VRO. I am running mixed fuel from the tank, plugged the VRO side of the new fuel pump tightly, and unplugged the harness. I also replaced the vacuum valve that connects to the engine block and used teflon tape to seal the threads.

I say it is very sad that you can not find the vapor pump or VST on your motor.-----Where are you looking.-------Post some pictures of your motor fuel bracket components.-----Have you consulted with your local friendly dealer to see if they can point these parts out to you ????

VST is to the left of the fuel pump? U shaped hose from bottom of fuel pump to bottom of VST? Am I on the right track?

At least you are now admitting that there might be a VST and vapor pump on your motor.-------And that is a step in the right direction.
