You may have seen these overpriced engine tilters around. I didn't want to spend big bucks on one so I made my own.
My engine weighs about 250 lbs and after 3 or 4 tilts my arm gets very sore.
This helps greatly. Also not pictured, I made and adjustment to it. I added another lever for my other hand to push down on. Its even easier now.
Total cost = Nothing. All spare parts around my garage.
