I have a 1988 Bayliner Capri, and my 88 outboard went out, so I bought a 1996 Force outboard 120hp, but the problem is that the harness that is in my boat is the original(old), and in the new outboard has the newer harness, I have 2 cables left wich are the Magneto ones, 1 blue & 1 white from the one already in my boat, and 1 solid black with yellow and 1 gray, from the new outboard, which I believe they go to either the 1 and 3 spark plug box or 2 and 4 spark plug box, but I'm confused if it really matters which one goes to, or it really has to be connected exactly to match.
