Manifold and elbow corrosion pics attached

Can someone have a look at the pictures attached and let me know if it is worth trying to clean these up or is it replacement time?

Ayuh,... It don't look Too bad, as long as there's no Cracks...

there are no cracks that I can see but the engine was over heating and this was the next thing to looks at after impeller, thermostat etc
