Dang , can you guys move this to non-repair. Sorry:facepalm:

Hey Don , or anyone else for that matter. I was wanting to get a factory service manual for the engine/drive of my new project.
Its a Mariah Diablo 18' with Mercruiser 4.3LX and Alpha 1/Gen II drive.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Drive: Click HERE

When you start working on your engine, just check and make sure there is a black ground wire on the dissy body... If it's not there, just find the spare in the harness near the dissy and connect it. If you don't have that there you could get timing curve problems....

Now that you have the manual, I would bet you can find the answer to that question fairly easy.

Yep.....
