I have manual tilt yamaha 40 2 stroke.Been stored for 6 years ,runs ok but tilt bearing is <br />jammed. It does move but with a lot of force.I have lubed and sprayed it ,any suggestions?
Try spraying with T9 Boshield. Great stuff freed up my pivot shaft work it and be patient. You can get a can at Boaters World. The real mechanic use heat (torch) but don't try that one on your own.
