Could anyone help in pointing me towards the correct manual for my new to me outboard? I'm not sure I'm finding what I need.

1998 Mariner 150hp 2.0Litre V6
#06700286

I'm sure this is my first of many questionable posts. I haven't had a boat for about 10 years.

You will want a Mercury/Mariner service manual. Why not try them? They used to sell OEM Service manuals.

BTW - I did not think Mercury/Mariner made 2.0L 150HP motors past the late 80's. I had thought they graduated to a 2.4L block for the 150HP and up motors, in the early 90's. You might recheck the motor's year.

From what I'm seeing that second digit may be a G not a 6? So maybe 0G6700286
The title says 1998, but I'll check the number on the motor when I get home and see what I can come up with. This number doesn't seem to match anything. Frustrating

Well, Seloc manuals are full of errors. They are OK, if you know what you are doing and have another source of specs like timing and carb settings. Use the URl Scott gave you for those. The info on the website Scott provided is accurate, but the website is painfully slow.

Last year 2.0 L was 2001 and a 135hp.....
