i have a 70hp evinrude it has 3 plugs and 3 carbs. could someone please tell me about my motor???? what stroke and all that kind of stuff, here is the model no: 70673d... also i need to buy a manual for it, could someone look on here for me and tell me the right part no: for a manual for the motor i have. i do not know what year the motor is, but the model no: says its a 1973 model is this right??

Your engine is a two stroke and you can get a manual for it buy clicking the icon at the lower lefthand corner of this page titled " Repair Mnauals". I don't know about the Syloc manual but the Clymer has a chapter in the front that explaines how two and four stroke (cycle) engines work plus some other basic stuff you may find interesting.<br />Post the model nr. of your engine and we can verify the year model.<br />Stay curious.<br /><br />g'luck & c/6<br /><br />Hooty
