Maptech software

Does anyone know where I can find Maptech software (region 6) for my PC using a Garmin 72/76 GPS. Several of the sites I have visited show this the package upwards of $300.00 Free would be nice, but I am willing to pay a reasonable amount.

I tried eBay, and it is no cheaper than other locations, additionally Region 6 is not in the offering.
