marina 75 hp 1984 Trigger arm stuck

Hi<br />My marina ( mercury ) 75 hp 1984 have a small problem. The arm goeing to trigger and change the preignition, sometimes stuck, never when the engine is running, only when I want to start the engine, then it won't start or run very rough.<br />I can solve it by shifting fwd-n-rev a few times.<br />I have tried to see if anything ( wire or hose) getting in the way, but no. I have allso use some lubication, no change..<br />Anybody had the same problem ?.<br /><br />Mikael
