When I didn't have it earlier or ever ...When u start the engine though ,the hard shifting stops in forward../???????????? answer me that... I think its the lithium grease........................What u guys think???

Any kinda duck butter will loosen things up. I think you have other issues. Disconnect cable from motor and see if it moves freely - hard shifting to forward sound slike something is binding. After you confirm the cable is moving freely, hook it back up and have some one shift while you inspect movement of the cable / shift linkage at the motor. Just a start!

With the shift cable off of the mtr start the mtr up and try to manually shift it on the mtr. If it binds up you could have some probs in the shift rod hsg in the L/U.
