marine tec on heads.

I used some marine tec or tex what ever it is..On my block on the head. I dinged it with a hammer right on the sealing ring so ill let yall know how it works.

hello<br /> if done properly I have had to repair several block surfaces cause someone drove a screwdiver between the head and block for removal. the head can be surfaced. you can take off .01" to .02" with no worries. the block outer area can be filled and filed flat. use perfect seal on the gasket at reassembly.<br /> seems customers would rather pay me after rather than before. they will break off bolts then break an easy out in the bolt then bring it to me when I most times could have heated the fastener and removed it or broke it the drilled it out.<br /> good luck and keep posting<br /> ps I charge 150 per broken easyout :) :)

Well I put her in for a test run today. Did pretty good still gotta do the carbs. I havent checked the compression yet.
