The next step is whatever you want it to be, any of the above will work. If the epoxy matches the color of your boat, or if the off color repairs don't bother you, then it can be left as is after you've sanded it down smooth. If you can find a paint to match your boat then you can paint it, without paint the epoxy will weather poorly, but it's still going to last many many years unpainted.
