Mariner 15hp 2 stoke mixture adjustment

After having the carb cleaned on our Mariner 15 2 stroke(1997), the motor has less power then before.

Does anyone know what the factory setting is for the idle mixture screw is? Like X amount of turns off from the seat? I want to start from a baseline and tune the mixture from there, hopefully get it back to running like it did before I made the mistake of having a "mechanic" work on it.

1and1/4 to 1and1/2 is a starting point. for idle. but that won't help more power.
