mariner 28 water on spark plug

got mariner out today drove out in the sea and knocked it of and wouldnt fire up again got it bk and there was water on spark plug when i change spark plug it fires up then same thing all over again anyone no what this is thanks jason??:facepalm:

Usually a head gasket problem but since you used the word "sea" that I guess that means saltwater. If thats the case it could have internal corrosion that has allowed water to seep into cylinder thru the exhaust or cylinder area...

hi, would it be a big job to fix as i just bought it 2 days ago and i think iv been taken on ..yea it salt water the waters not flying out the top[ of it its wet on the inseide iv seen people saying its coming out the top of it thanks pal ..jason
