My mariner was running very slow. After diagnostics based on service manual, I changed stator. It is an used one with exactly the same model number. At the first cranking it started, but when I pushed down the fast idle lever in order to shift to forward, it stopped. Then it only cranks and won't start anymore. If I remove any spark plug and crank, I can see sparks. I can also see fuel in the fuel filter if I squeeze primer bulb. I even sprayed some fogging oil into carburetor and it still won't start. I also measured the resistance of the replacement stator and it looked fine. Any help is highly appreciated.
