Just new to the boat game, bought a nice little set up of eBay to get me out this year, had the boat out a few times no bother but the last few times ive been out I have been unable to put any were near half revs on when a do the engine just screams as if it's in neutral then when a lower the revs it's fine and plods along again. It's a clean engine and starts up first time no bother, I've just bought a new propeller as I was told it was that at fault and still no difference. It a mariner 40 2 stroke not sure in the age thanks for any help much appreciated.
