I have a 2005 4hp 4 stroke outboard. i ran the motor last week for about 10 mins without problem then it stalled with a slight sneeze through the carburettor. thinking it was a blocked fuel filter i have changed the filter, cleaned the carburettor and internal fuel tank, i have also taken the fuel pump apart and it appeared fine. The engine will start and run at min revs for a minute or two then stalls. if i rev the engine it stalls almost imediately. When i try to restart the motor it sometimes sneezes blue smoke through the carb. Any idea what the problem might be?
