Mariner 50 HP User and Repair Manual

I am having problem finding a Mariner 50HP user or repair manual with serial #5934400. I was told this was probably a 1983 enginer. Can someone confirm and provide me additional information as to where I can buy a manual and some parts?

Max rules says it's an '81.

Where do you get a user or repair manual?? I downloaded a general manual online for Mariner/Mercruiser 1969-1989, which is a compilation of books from many sources and it did not really identify the engine and its parts. It is quite difficult to find a service repair locally as some of them don't diagnose the trouble correctly ending up with huge unnecessary cost of repair.

Look in the banner above this thread.....there are Seloc manuals for sale here at iboats. I bought one for my '79 Mariner 40. It seems to be a pretty good manual. I may supplement it with the OEM manual that can be found on ebay.
