Last time I pulled in the motor ran fine. I disengaged it, idled it for a minute, and shut it down. Today, maybe a month later, I went out to start it (manual start) and it would pull just until the engine should have turned and then stop. I pulled off the pulley mechanism and it works fine. I pushed it in and out of gear to make sure it wasn't engaged. Still nothing. I can't see how it would have coroded or otherwise locked up since the last use. Any ideas of where to go from here would be greatly appreciated.
