Hi everyone.

I have a 1986 Mriner 40HP (Twin Carb) EL Serial #6E9-421568. Since it has electronic ignition. I believe it has an electric choke. It is not 'Push to Choke". I have done some researching and kind of got the feeling that the blue wiwre is for the choke. It should go to a switch post on part # 84944M (Obsolete). I am assuming I can get by with a standard SPST switch here. My question does any one have this switch on their boat? If so what color wire goes to the other switch post? Right now I have to lean over the back of my pontoon to physically pull the choke to start. My wife is not happy, and as we all know, we all need happy wives. :)

Blue is the choke wire and you need a momentary switch ...

Ok I can go along with that. But according to the drwings I was looking at, it shows 2 wires going to the switch fromt the harnes. With blue being one color, what color is the other wire?
