Mariner Outboard - can't find the year by serial number...

My serial number is 0C154398. I can't seem to find this on any of the recommended websites that have been listed. Anyone know what year this might be? Thanks!

Thanks! I appreciate the info, I was able to get a couple things and get it fired up, so i'm pretty happy!

Sooo...I had it fired up once. Now it won't start again. How much is a Carb rebuild kit, and where can I get one?
