i have a 1977 mercuiser pre alpha. I wanted to know if the props from a alpha 1 would interchange

thanks can you tell me how to tell what pitch prop i have now on the side of the prop its stamped 2035 i dont see any other number on it but its reving a little bit hard around 5000 and i want to step up to one with a little bit more pitch i think

Check under ther prop nut.A prop shop can measure it for you.
