McCulloch 100:1 mix rated oil 1962

In several past posts related to Amsoil Saber 100:1 mix type oil I had mentioned that I used a lean ratio oil back in 1962 when I owned a 9 hp McCulloch outboard motor.

In case there was any doughts check this link for reference.

McCullochs ratio was changed to I believe 48:1.As I understand it McCulloch built and sold Deisel
outboards.In 58 they had a 3 cyl. 63cube 60 hp ,In 61 they had a 3 cylinder 63 cube 75hp.

I love that OB. Smalest I ever seen, very performant, and had a bilge pump that kept the boat dry which was a patent from Scott Atwater, never understood why some other company did not buy the patent after McCullogh stop making OB motors.
