MCM 140 year???

I’m trying to find the year for my motor and I don’t see it in the list provided in the stickies. It’s an mcm 140 s/n 6720563 with a drive unit s/n 6748315, the boat was sold as an 88 but not exactly sure. Any help would be great thanks

Motor looks like it's from 1982-1986 and the drive from 1983-1990.
The motor serial number for that range starts at 622 so your motor could be closer to 86.
The drives for that range start at 622 as well.
