Me or iboats servers

Is it just me and old age or is the servers here at iboats running a little slow?<br /><br />I have noticed the last couple of days that it is taking more time to load things up than usual.<br /><br />My other websites have not slowed down and thought maybe the servers here were getting overloaded or something.

It's not you... It is poking along a little slow... I thought is was my isp connection, nope...

Hi guys!!!!!!Well I haven't had access for a couple of days because a line was cut locally and the server said "A large fiberoptic line was cut just outside Chicago that handles traffic to the West coast." <br />Mine is still a bit punky.

Hadn't noticed - thought it was super fast - but then I have been so used to 7,000 - 16,000bps in Ghana that EVERYTHING seemed ultra fast to me!

Everything has slowed down for me, too. <br /><br />One site I visit that usually gives me a screen in a few milliseconds is now taking 3 or 4 seconds and loading a thread here can take 30. <br /><br />I thought my brain had gone wide-band and it just seemed that everything else was slowing down. <br /><br />I think it is a conspiracy of my ISP and the net.<br /><br />Or. . . it could be the new members who multipost until they learn how to bump. . . or too many megapixel pictures.<br /><br />I wonder if going to juno.com or dsl or even satellite would really make a difference. <br /><br />Who is using a wide band option? Are you getting this, too??

Just jumped on here, taking a break from recreating the "Legend Of Hellhouse", I'm on a DSL server and this site is real slow. Jumped around a bit and other sites are fast coming up. Jumped from this thread to another and came back and took nearly a minute and a half to load. Don't know, maybe iboats server needs a defrag or something.

I was wondering the same thing ( my ISP or iboats or what) took me 1min 17 sec to load just this thread @ max 781K/sec. I know I'm not going to get blazing speed just being on a 56K dial-up but wow.

I'm using a 2-way satellite isp. <br />Jumping to an individual post, or adding a new topic, isn't too bad.<br />But going to a different Flora forum section is slow.<br /><br />Most other sites are running fine, except ebay which always slows down on weekends.<br />I did a defrag and dumped my cookies and TIF last nite, no help.<br /><br />Anyone want to answer my ? on merc blue bands in the Merc section? Please? Pretty Please.

I definately think that there is a problem. Every thing is taking a long time to load.

Just got the DSL working last night, this site very slow. Florida sportsman and other sites seemed ok, but I still having computer problems.

There was a router problem with our connectivity provider over the weekend. Sorry. They have it fixed now so things should go faster.
