Runs fine and moves a 23 ft sailboat then cuts out in 3 or 4 min.<br />The engine seems to run ok on 1 or 2 pulls but<br />won't stay running. Sometimes it will run fast right before it stalls. <br />Sometimes it runs slow without power and I will have to put<br />in netural then it stalls. ????????????
