Merc 115 four stroke engine removal

2004 merc 115 four stroke engine ..
Could someone tell me how can I remove the engine from the lower unit, or oil pump, Not sure..
I know it has 3 bolts on each side and two more in the front but no matter what I do I can't get it to separate so I can remove the crankshaft cover..
I need to put new inserts cut the crank.. Also change the seals..

Thank you for your replay, I have already removed the six bolts, three on each side.. My questions is, do I have to remove the exhaust cover before I can remove the engine?
