Merc 1150, water exiting exhaust

I recently installed a used powerhead on this merc and noticed cooling water coming from the right side exhaust outlet when its running. Water pressure is good and engine runs great. Is this normal?

Not sure where water is exiting from.<br />From exhaust near lower unit?<br />Or from exhaust manifold at powerhead?
