I have a mercruiser 120 that is running super rich. I have tried to adjust the carb and it doesn't get any better. I can turn the needles all the way in and it is still fouling plugs. It boggs down under load when I try to accelerate. I've changed the whole ignition system and am getting a pretty good spark. I know I am getting some blow by, because it is smoking from the valve cover opening. Does anyone have any suggestions how I can get the boat to lean out? I'd appreciate any suggestions
