I have access to a new Merc 120 short block to replace my Merc 140; I'm told everything will bolt right up, the only difference is the cylinder size. Can someone please confirm? Also, what is a reasonable price for a 120 block? It's still in the crate, but has been stored for about 10 years. I know the cylinders will need honed as there is slight rust, but what else should I look for?
