Merc 150 4 stroke pressure test

I was changing the lower end oil for a friend and there was a bit of water in the oil.

It's a 2012 Mercury 150XL 4S 4 stroke Model 1150F23HD.

Before I pressure test it I want to make sure that a) it's ok to pressure test this drive and b) if it's ok, how many psi to use.
Also, is there a vacuum test for this drive?

And, this motor is still on warranty. Am I right in thinking that this should be covered under warranty?
