Very doable. Get a really good repair manual. If you follow the directions carefully, you will have no problem. Biggest thing is getting the old bolts out, you're bound to snap a couple of heads off. I like to start soaking them in penetrating oil a few days in advance of the tear-down; you'll still snap one or two. When you do, just be patient and careful, you can drill them out, then clean the threads. Once done with the rebuild, you will have a strong motor that will give many years of great service. Look around for Clams Canino, he's the "tower of power" guru here, he really LOVES the inlines!!!
