Need an oil pressure switch for the fuel pump. Anybody know thread size or a part number so I can cross reference?

If you have a Napa close by, part #OP22900 will get you a switch w/ a 6psi trip (stewart Warner part #364L-F) & #OP22891 is a 15psi trip (S-W #364K-F) both of which have 1/8" threads & a 10-32 terminal.

I ended up with part #OS75. Its a 3 prong Delphi switch. My new question is......
Terminals are I, S, P.
I is ignition.
P is pump.
S is..........starter solenoid? Slave? And do I hook it to the same terminal that has the yellow wire which runs to the S terminal on my ignition switch?

Thanks for all your guys help. I went from "non-boater" to "highly esteemed amateur boater" in a matter of weeks 😄

Another question......
Should I run a wire from the ignition switch itself? Or is there a better place to tap into it, engine side?

The method most often used is I=NO. S=NC Solenoid and P=Common

But many install a relay to energize a new relay supplying power to the pump after start. This is a factory install, but doing it the way below you would only use the NO and Common connections. You would need to run a wire from the starter solenoid to the pump.
