Merc Model 200, 20hp, Serial Number: 3433569 - I think its 1972 model. No spark. Ran great last year. Compression is good and fuel flows well. Plugs, hoses, and water pump were replaced last year, along with lube in foot. The kill switch wire has spark and the kill switch seems to be functional. The wires to plugs got nothing. I held them with a screw driver in my hand. Several of the wires from the upper unit have dry rot on the insulation. I taped them up but no luck. Any suggestions? Any good mechanics in the Augusta, GA area - just moved here and want to get on the lake soon? Also, anyone know if an electric start can be put on this motor? It looks like there is a bracket for it?? Thanks Jason
