I'm new at boating. I got the merc. 25 with a boat i bought through ebay. I do not know much about outboard motors so i had a local marine dealer look it over and do whatever maintenance it needed before i tried to run it on the water. When i got it back i took it out and it stalls at full throttle. seems to run o.k. at idle. I brought it back to the dealer they told me it ran o.k. but on the water it stalls at wot. To me it seems like it was running out of fuel,so i tried squeezing the primer bulb when this happens and it stays running but not real well. If anyone has any info on this problem the help would be much appricated.
