Merc 275 gearcase

Excellent forums and info not readily available to those outside the marine industry. Any help in locating a used : lower gearcase for a '93 275 Merc 30" shaft 9 spline.std rotation.Ive tried locally. Its the cosworth block motor. Ive stripped the unit and the prop nut and spacer are the only salvage parts.<br />Any info greatly appreciated.

Thanks melloyello and marine doctor for the help, however Ive no core soooo its gonna be more expensive. Reality of a $2500 lower unit on an $1800 or so motor does not make economic sense at the minute,however I may not have an option. Ive heard that parts are obsolete for these engines also.
