Merc 3.0l loud squeal. New belt and bearings!

(Boat is 89 regal 18ft bowrider) Have an 89 merc 3.0l. Alpha one gen 1 outdrive. Had a loud squeal when I bought the boat. I have replaced the only belt it has, new alternator, new water pump, new gimble bearing and seals, new ujoints, and new bellows. I can’t for the life of me find where this noise is coming from. Sounds coming from around the engine. Doesn’t change when I turn but does change with rpms. Does it at anytime the motor is on no matter the speed of the engine. Any help would be sooo great!!! Kind of hard to determine what a sound is by reading words only. Can you get a vid on you tube or such?

remove the belt and test run the engine for a few seconds. engine circ pump noisey, alt bearing seized, severe engine damage

Yeah I’ll get a video of it running tomorrow. Alt is new so it’s not the alt bearing or belt. I’ll double check with belt off but it’s not coming from the belt. Has new water pump on it also.

I had something similar. Does the sound change with rpm's or does it only make the noise in a certain rpm range?
