Having repaired the leaking Water Pump with new Speedy-Sleeves, I am reassembling my 3.7 Mercruiser's timing cover - can anyone please advise the correct tourque for: a) the timing Cover, and b) the front pully.

Thank you in advavce...
Timing cover- pretty snug.

Front pulley- good'n tight

I'm sure there are torque specs for these but use your head. The timing cover bolts are probably 1/4-20 so they'll be rated for 12 lb/ft. What the hey go for 15.

The pulley bolts, 3/8 bolts are rated for 45 lb/ft.

Discover torque ratings yourself here: Bolt torque It aint rocket science.
