I understand that this is been done plenty of times now.
Thru some searching on iboats, I found this guy on ebay...

Seems to me that everything is there that I'll need. His price seem pretty reasonable.
My questions is... I know sometimes when buying kits like this one, you pay a premium because you are buying a kit.
Can I acquire these same parts and save a significant amount of cash by doing my own shopping?
His price is VERY reasonable from the cost of the other kits I've found, but just want to make sure that I do this conversion as cost effectively as possible.
Thoughts, suggestions?
