Merc 4.3L TKS oily spark plugs

I have a 2012 Crownline with a Merc 4.3L TKS carberated engine. The boat starts easy and idealed ok... But when I tried WOT boat would not plane... So I replaced the plugs (which are only 1 year old). When replacing there was a little oil on every plug. Replaced with new plugs at 0.060 gap. I also changed by Fuel/water speratered filter. Boat now planes on WOT. Should I be concerned about the little bit of oil on every plug. I do not know what it can be as all 6 seemed to have a little wet oil on them.

Ayuh,..... Welcome Aboard,...... My guess is, changin' the fuel filter "Fix" it,......

No big deal on the plugs,.....
