I have bought a mercury 500 50HP <br />The engine is with a "silverband"<br />I cant find the serial number.<br />Does anyone know from wich year this engine is.<br />It is with manuak shoker
Welcome to iboats!<br />The serial should be on a plate above the transom mount. I'll go look for a location on the powerhead later on one of mine, it's usually stamped somewhere as well.<br />Eric
