im no expert hence message, on my outboard just behind the engine cover at the bottom of the head is an outlet (round hole approx 18mm)the hole has remnants of mastic around it, as if it was blocked. which it is no longer, when running water gushes out of this hole which blasts all gear under the cover. is it meant to be open and if not how is it to be sealed a plug?<br />help
