Merc 8 hp 2 stroke idle problem

Anyone have any suggestions? 3 year old have not used in over a year. I did run all the gas out last time I used it..I checked the plugs, they look okay. It's not doing anything...

Well, I got it started, but the turn idle adjustment is not responding. Any suggestions...

Thanks for the link...I did get it started, but now the fast idle doesn't seem to work..Any suggestions?
