Looking from the top of the housing after having it painted i observed a shim bellow the lower bearing cup tha seems to be useless.Nothing attaches on it and if i pull it ,it can easily be moved.I warry it may be there by mistake .It's diameter is larger than those of bearinfg cup shims'.So what is going on.I "ll try to add a photo.
