WHAT IS REQUIRED TO CONVERT A 1999 "BIGFOOT" 4 STROKE 9.9 HP<br />INTO A 15 HP VERSION. CARB..??THE DEALER WHERE I BOUGHT THE MOTOR AND BOAT SEVERAL YEARS AGO QUOTED ABOUT $300. I WANT TO DO IT MY SELF
